  • $215 for first intake session

Like most specialty providers, we do not accept insurance. If you have health insurance and are interested in seeking partial reimbursement for the cost of your sessions, we can guide you on how to do that. Sessions are 55 minutes and will be charged to your credit card on file to create a seamless process.

Let’s say I’m interested in trying this out. What would happen next?

  1. Contact: The first step is to contact us using the scheduling tool or contact form. We’ll respond or confirm within 24 hours.

  2. Vibe Check: On the call, we’ll ask what you’re looking to work on, what you’re hoping for from a therapist, discuss our approach, answer any questions you have, and discuss next steps regarding availability, insurance, etc.

  3. Logistics: If you decide to move forward, we’ll send over some quick paperwork and all the other necessary details regarding office location, zoom link, etc.

  4. First Session: We’ll meet either in-person or virtually via Zoom for our first session. We recognize it’s near impossible to tell your whole life story within an hour, so we ask new clients to give us 3-4 sessions before determining if they’re ready to commit.

Can you work with clients anywhere in the country?

No, therapists can only provide services in the state they are licensed. Only clients who reside in the state of Illinois can work with us.

Do you see clients in-person?

As of August 2024, we are entirely virtual. We provide therapy via Zoom so you can easily prioritize your mental health amongst your hectic schedule.

Are you accepting new clients?

How often do we meet?

The majority of the clients we work with meet with us on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We ask that all new clients commit to meeting weekly for the first 4 sessions. This allows us to start off strong and see some progress early on.

What does a first session look like?

The first session can feel different than most simply because we’re trying to gather as much information about you as possible! We’ll ask questions about your background, your relationships, work, health, etc. Overall, we’re trying to get a better understanding of why you’re here and how we can help. Together, we’ll collaborate on goals we can work towards in the therapeutic space. With all of our clients, we strive to create an environment that’s non-judgmental, safe, and incredibly warm, ensuring you feel comfortable as you share your life journey with us.

What if I’m not ready to start therapy yet?

We understand that starting this process can be daunting and overwhelming. We’d argue there’s no better time to make an investment in yourself, your happiness, and your relationships. You deserve to feel supported, grounded, and connected to yourself and others. We’re here to help you through it every step of the way!
